Passionate. Persistent. Strategic.

John Keiter has litigated a broad spectrum of claims from small claims matters to multi-million dollar suits. His efforts have helped recover millions of dollars for his clients. John’s detailed and meticulous approach to lawsuits earn him respect from attorneys throughout the state and advance his clients’ interests toward success.

John Keiter graduated in the top-third of his class at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, all while raising two active children and supporting a wife who was concurrently attending nursing school. John finds that his prior experience managing distressed loans and repossessed real estate at a national bank gives him exceptional legal insight and serves as a compass for best practices. John’s legal education and experience landed him a prestigious judicial internship with the Honorable Madeleine C. Wanslee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

Upon graduation, John secured a job at a large law firm in downtown Salt Lake City. This position exposed John to a variety of legal practices and some of the best practitioners in the field. John was then recruited by a reputable boutique real estate and development law firm before he established Keiter Law, P.C. John now enjoys building a repertoire amongst the members of his own community in the greater Salt Lake region.

When John isn’t actively progressing his clients’ interests, he is spending time with his wife, Rachel, and three children enjoying the beauty that is Utah.
